The Coach
I’ve been training and coaching for 15 years. From endurance sports, to bodyweight training, to wildland firefighting and blue collar work – my body has seen it all, and I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life. I now live in the San Juans and spend my free time running high mountain trails, exploring the backcountry, and pursuing challenging goals.
My approach is straightforward: address pain points directly, strengthen weak areas to restore posture, then build a functional path to where you want to go. No fluff, no generic programs, no wasted sessions.
Whether you're a weekend warrior trying to feel better on the trail, an athlete targeting a specific race, or someone who just wants to get strong — I'll meet you where you are.
